Latest News, City Manager Ken Starman and the members of the city council after reviewing several Tampa Bay and Bethel proposals have turned over the entire homeless and crime challenge to Bethel, In fact, after finding out gold dust was reported falling from the ceilings and people being raised from the dead, they've decided to turn over the entire City of Redding, The Greater Redding Chamber of Commerce and their soon to be award whining (did I spell that right) should have been winning, brown-shirted crime merchants as well as these already Dead-On-Arrival matters including, Stillwater Business Industrial Park, The Turtle Bay Hotel Project, The New Sales Tax Proposal, How to finance Anselmo’s and turn it into a weekend retreat, and turning Shasta County into a US Constitution and Bill of Rights FREE ZONE.
