social system. With the very best intentions, we pray, they are asking the giving,
heartfelt citizens of Redding, Ca to stop donating to homeless pan-handlers.
They've done such a bag-up-job taking care of them they now are telling us they
deserve EVERY PENNY. We fear it has more to do with control and power than
actual love and concern for their fellow men and women, down on their luck.
